Studies show that people looking to improve their health and 'fit-ness' achieve significantly greater results when using a trainer, but a trainer can only push you so far. My method differs in form but remains extremely effective. I want to be your teammate. The journey to advancing wholeness is most effectively done with a partner by motivating, educating, and keeping it fun. I will provide accountability and discipline as well as show you how to perform activities correctly and effectively. It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way during this process. I will guide you along the path to optimal health and wellness!

I will increase the benefits of exercise through a multi-disciplinary approach. The KepFit program offers the following:

Fitness Assessment
As an important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. My fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
KepFit's assessment measures:

  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Physical endurance
  • Muscle strength
  • Blood pressure
  • Body measurements

Strength Training
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring and always stay interesting. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine resistance training, cardio, and environmental stimuli to give you optimum results.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your lifestyle. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Counseling
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. I understand life can be very hectic, with little time for preparing healthy meals, but I will find a way to incorporate efficient, practical and most importantly healthy eating habits into your lifestyle.We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.

Ongoing Training and Support
For some, due to lack of motivation and accountability, this may be the most important aspect. I will make it my mission to be readily available (day and night) for questions and moral support along the way. I will show you techniques to improve your health and wellness for a lifetime. But one must remember, this is an advancement to wholeness, not a one time fix.

Children's Fitness

KepFit also specializes in children's physical fitness from ages 7-18. Our youth are being overfed yet nutritionally neglected with very little exercise to offset the negative effects. Youth need an outlet for their energy as well as a foundation to build on into adulthood. If you have any questions regarding your child and his or her physical well being, please inquire.
